Prices based on a maximum of up to 4 people any additional guests is an extra £20.00 per person per night.
Bookings can only be accepted by a person over 18 years of age and must be confirmed in writing.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid within 7 days of your booking date.
The outstanding balance is due 4 weeks before you arrival.
If the deposit has not been paid within the 7 days then we reserve the right to cancel or terminate the
reservation, alternative dates can be found but will incur an administration charge to secure a secondary booking.
If you book within 4 weeks of your arrival, then the total cost is due.
Strictly no smoking & No pets are allowed.
We do not accept children under 11 years, only children over 11 years of age are allowed in the property.
In order that the property can be cleaned in preparation for the next visitor, we request
that you leave the building by 11am on the day of departure.
All electricity, heating, towels, bed linen and cleaning materials are included
in the rental.
There is a fully refundable security deposit of £250 that is payable 7 days before the day of arrival
or you can include thisin with your balance.
This deposit will be refunded after departure if there are no breakages or damage to any part of the property.
Cancellation fees
Over 28 days notice - 75% of the total price will be refunded.
28-22 days - 50% of the total price will be refunded.
21-15 days - 25% of the total price will be refunded.
Less than 15 days – no refund will be given.
Payment accpeted are cheques (UK ONLY) or a bank transfer.
